Roofing

A new roof, done right

Full roof replacements with GAF Timberline shingles, installed by a GAF Certified contractor. Flat roofs, balconies and repairs too.

GAF Certified

Why it matters for your roof

GAF certifies contractors who are properly licensed and insured and who commit to installing GAF roofing systems the way GAF specifies. Because Diverse Contracting is GAF Certified, your new roof can qualify for GAF's enhanced warranties, which a non-certified roofer can't offer. We'll explain the warranty options for your roof at your estimate.

Every roof replacement includes

  1. Full tear-off

Old shingles and underlayment removed down to the deck; damaged wood replaced.

  2. Leak barrier & underlayment

Ice and water protection at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment over the rest.

  3. Shingles, ridge & vents

GAF starter strips, shingles, ridge cap and ventilation installed as one system.

  4. Flashing & cleanup

New flashing at chimneys and walls, magnetic sweep for nails, and a full cleanup.

Flat roofs

Porches, balconies, sunrooms and commercial roofs

Low-slope roofs need a membrane system, not shingles. We re-roof balconies, porch and sunroom roofs, and commercial flat roofs, and we repair flashing around chimneys, skylights and rooftop equipment.
